Yves Jutteau (John Sessions) is the airfield manager who appears in "Douz". An unscrupulous individual, he charges extortionate prices for the smallest things, such as deploying a fire truck, and filing a weather report which simply says it will be hot.
When MJN Air refuse to pay his fees, as well as taking on the Scottish cricket teams debts, Jutteau blocks off GERTI with a number of vehicles and steals their fuel until they pay up. Jutteau is eventually outwitted when the cricket team carry the fire truck away from the front of the plane and it drives off, rather than flying, which would require clearance.
