How to Play[]
European Monarch Top Trumps is presumably played the same way as normal Top Trumps. The starting player picks a card, reads off a stat from it, and compares it with the same stat from the other players' cards. The player who has the highest stat is the winner.

King Maximilian of Lichtenstein apparently has the highest stats (10/10) for every category. He can also apparently be used at any point.
